As both the days went on around 10:45 I went to see how everyone was doing to see who had the energy to make it through the morning period. Considering that people had such a different variety of food from each other. I observed how they said hello and how they sat in there chair to see if they were feeling any type of exhaustion. As I walked away I took down my notes and headed to each person on each day. Making sure to notice if they were displaying any type of sleepiness or even the treacherous “I fell asleep marks” on face or arms. As I have been there before so tired from the loss of energy and trying to maintain it at work. Once I collected all the data I went back to examine it and see who was fatigue and who was good to go.
After I have taking a look at all the data it showed that the people who ate healthy where having a good day at work and still going strong. Even with the age separation they still where good to continue working, the older co-workers still had energy just like the younger. As for the people that ate the unhealthy food, some of them where struggling, one was almost passed out at the keyboard. Another was sitting in his chair head back and turning in circles trying to concentrate on work. With this information we can defiantly say that what you have for breakfast can and will have an effect on your daily performance. Let’s take Phil for example, yes he may be around 50 years old, but he was the one that ate 2 cinnamon rolls. Now he has keyboard keys indentions stuck to the left side of his face. This just shows that having the right intact of food can and will help you through your day. One thing I would change or do different is create a survey and let a random group fill it out. This is not always something someone can help they will continue to eat the way they know. Hopefully for the ones that just needed the extra time in the morning will find it.
