Formal
Headspace
Headspace is the national youth mental health foundation dedicated to improving the wellbeing of young Australians and is a support group for adolescents and young adults aged 12-25 years old. It makes it easy for young people and their family to get help for problems that are affecting their wellbeing. Headspace covers areas like: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services. The cyberbullying victims are able to get help for their mental health and maybe in some case their physical health too. This service can be accessed through the Headspace website, Headspace centres, or through online counselling service “eheadspace”. The easiest way to access this support service is through Headspace centres which are located all over Australia, which have specialised mental health workers for support. In Some local Headspace centres, you don’t need to make an appointment and can go straight to the centre but in others you need to make an appointment by emailing them or contacting them through the phone. There is also an online service named ‘eheadspace’ for those who don’t want to go to the centre. It is available from 9am and 1am seven days a week.[14]

Informal
An informal support group for adolescents with mental health issues are families and friends. Families and friends are the first people to notice the change in behaviour of the victim of cyberbullying, who is going through depression, stress, anxiety and may also have noticed that the victim is skipping meals, not getting enough sleep or getting too much sleep. They then can discuss with the young ones about their behaviour and offer them help and take them to support services, which aim to help people who are going through mental health issues.[17]
