As for the younger generation, their conscious life flowed in the era of rethinking of values and denying the old behavior style.

On the one hand mental base is already set by the parents, but on the other hand – the situation opens up many opportunities that can’t be valuated or measured. The result of searching for the new valuations is the appealing to the Western culture. As usual in such cases attributes digested earlier than content. It is forming a stereotype that the main purpose in life is to earn a lot of money, but the fact that 75% of American millionaires earned their wealth working 20-30 years 12 hours per day without weekends is not inspiring and therefore – ignored.

As the result we have young people who are oriented on a fast success which is measuring in luxury products [3].

As the main differences of the Russian mentality, here is the lack of forecasting of long-term development of ourselves in company. Westward, for example, spread the ideas of socially responsible business and ethical and social marketing. It is believed that organization needs to achieve its objectives in such way that helps to community get the benefit. Such situation can be observed in Asian countries where the firm is perceived primarily as a family and a home in which everyone should live their lives with the fullest extent. In other words, Russian man firstly thinks about finding a good place where he will get large income, secondly about opportunities to achieve the most satisfying outcome and finally about escaping.

But if we step back from all the foregoing negative aspects and will direct the potential of the young generation on right track, if managers will correctly apply the motivation as well as accurately track the disposition of the Russian soul all the weaknesses of the Russian mentality can turn to its strength.
