This is supported by the fact that he was promoted after 11 years due to his experience and seniority and the company has made all attempts to enable an employee to have positive growth within the company. His former manager has put in strong recommendation for his promotion indicating that a change of role will provide motivational factors for Peter to focus more on career progression. I called Peter, and found him to be self-reserved. He did not talk much and often remained unresponsive during our conversation. I have recommended to the management that Peter needs to be referred to medical attention as soon as possible and to have him changed to a different role with less responsibilities.
