Comparison:
When comparing World views on abortion there are a few options. The first is that the Christian World view sees abortion as a sin and considers it murder no matter what the situation is. The second is that it’s not okay all the time but Abortion is justified under certain circumstance like if the child was a product of rape or has a birth defect like Down Syndrome. The third is that abortion is okay all the time as long as the mother and father is okay with it. Atheism are prochoice but anti-abortion, meaning that they believe that abortion should be legal but would not necessarily have an abortion themselves. They believe that it is the decision of the mother when it comes to abortion. Christian believe that abortion is wrong and goes against god’s plan. Christians believe that ultimately god will forgive them if they repent but he will not be pleased with their decision. I think if a person with a Christian world view made the decision to have an abortion they would live a life of pain and sadness. The person would not be the same after making this choice to abort their baby just because of convenience since the child will need extra help all their life.
Conclusion:
In conclusion Christian world view belief are that abortion is wrong and one will be committing sin if they choose to have an abortion. Christian believe that god created everything and that he does not make mistakes. Christians believes that life is precious and a child with Down Syndrome should not be considered a mistake, instead the baby should be considered a blessing. Other views believe that Abortion can be justified for certain scenarios if the baby will live a like in pain and suffering.
