The training programme continues after the break at 2 p.m. with the second module. The second module is regarding to time management. At times, stress can be due to insufficient time to perform a job. Trainers will have an illustrative talk on the importance of time management. Effective time management requires them to be able to differentiate between what is important and urgent task. Besides that, the trainers will discuss the time management tool and technique with the participants. With the technique and tool, the participants will be able to manage conflicting priorities. Task priorities can be managed using the matrix shown below.

In the matrix shown above, the participants can categorise the tasks and what action should be taken. Participants should always set the highest priority for the urgent and important task. As for the important but not urgent task, the participants can plan to do later after settling the urgent and important task. The things that are not important or not related, participants should try to reject to avoid time wasting on unnecessary events. Lastly, participants should always stop doing things that are not urgent and not important such as gossiping. This is because this is not task related and it can lead to inefficient in the workplace. The entire duration for illustrative talk will be for 2 hours. After that, the participants will be given half an hour to perform a self-assessment using the matrix above. By performing the self-assessment, every individual can be able to evaluate their productivity in the workplace by analysing in which category they spent the most. Lastly, at the end of the training programme, the trainers and participants will exchange the thoughts on managing time and what they should improve in. The benefit of sharing experiences with each other can increase the bonding which is critical for the participants to increase morality and performance. With better understanding of each other and better time managing can definitely reduce the stress in the workplace. The training programme will come to an end at 5.30 p.m.
