After being stressed a certain amount of time, relaxation is a healthy release. Stress can cause several damages to people, for people feel a great helplessness towards a certain problem. It can cause physical, mental, and emotional illness. Stress is one of the principal causes that lead to depression, anxiety, fatigue, sadness, a pessimistic attitude, and impatience. If it becomes severe, it can lead to suicide. On the contrary, people that feel relax are happy, joyful, optimistic about life, make good choices, and help others. People are in peaceful and tranquility state that can be obtain from physical or mental activity. People can also experience relaxation by being closed to loved ones, or to relate with people that demonstrate positive attitudes.

Meanwhile, it is important for students all ages to learn to control stress. Stress is part of a normal life, but it is not normal when it takes control over a person’s health and mind. Students that learn to control stress usually are more successful at school and with their personal life. Students can learn to avoid stress by thinking differently and being open to new ideas. Also, students need to let go of their problems, and they need to stop carrying them around with them every day. Thinking about the present is the key to control stress, and students should avoid thinking about the past or the future. The long-term benefits of learning to deal with stress is that students will prevent it to escalate into more complicated problems. They will have an overall healthier life.
