Poor body performance can be seen because of an individual’s less physical work and activities. It is very evident since most students like to spend their time in front of the gadgets to play games rather than the games using our whole body which is needed to keep it in shape and healthy. Multitasking has different impact on different kind of people. It has pros and cons. For the pros, allow the person to do different things at the same time, learn how to deal and coping up with distractions, and ability to use different technologies since we are in digital age.

For the cons, interruptions may occur and it is difficult to focus on the task, may result in doing many things but accomplishes nothing, procrastination and our brain can easily get tired. Some people can multitask things because of the tons of work and still accomplish all of it and some only focuses on one work at a time.

Due to excessive use of social media, students may be exposed to bad effects like sleep deprivation, aggressiveness and sexual harassment. Long hours of exposure to devices may lead to sleep deprivation. This is one of the most common problems faced by students in which they spend more time using social media late at nights in chatting with their friends and boyfriends to catch up and neglecting themselves some sleep and to do some school works. “It is often said that a long-term friendship or relationship is developed when people meet each other, spend time and share their experiences. But this virtual way of communicating with each other does not lead to a natural, friendly experience and hence cannot produce a healthy relationship with those friends. Also, these relationships tend to terminate easily due to a lack of personal contact.”(Abhishek Karadkar, 2015)

Due to aggressiveness in behavior, it may result in physical or psychological injury to others. The morale of the student may decrease because of being agitated easily. Thus creating a fight or misunderstanding. Words can also be used in a verbally fight thus inflicting it in the system of the individual and may question themselves.

Social media is a public use and is a perfect stage for bad people in sexually harassing teenagers. Teenagers used social media for interactions of different kind of people, chatting and meeting up with them. The social media platform is a wide platform and based on my learnings and experiences of my friends, it is also used for sexual pleasure. Sexting and video chatting is a common way to release the sexual tension of teenagers because it excites them to get naked and do stuff in front of a stranger. You can also now see the wide range of porns and nude pictures. But it may backlash on you and you may be harassed if people now criticizes if for example, your sex video is being uploaded and many saw it, people will now call you names and boys will know see you as a call girl/boy and you will realize that what you did is a bad decision. Due to the excitement and curiosity of a teenager, it may traumatized the person and affects his well being.

Through the realization and raising of awareness in using social media, people are expected to become wiser in using it. Since students are more aware and educated in using social media, it is up to them to use a certain guidelines and practice self control in using it. The students are responsible for themselves to decide what really matters in life and how to differentiate the virtual to the reality Parents are also encouraged to help their children so they may be mold into a better individual that is connected with their moral and well- being.
