INTRODUCTION:

NITRO BISTRO will be open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner requiring multiple shifts. The General Manager of the business will write the schedules. The schedules will be written in a manner that will allow the ability to increase or decrease hourly labor according to sales volume in order to maintain a consistent labor cost control.

Proper labeling and rotation techniques, accompanied by ample storage facilities will ensure that high quality prepared product will be sufficiently available to meet the demands during peak business hours. Replenishment and ongoing preparation will continue during off peak business hours.

And the proponents do have the responsibility for ordering, receiving and maintaining sufficient inventory to meet production demands. Standard Grocery and supply orders will be ordered less often, according to a predetermined schedule and storage capacity.

And will rely on operational checklists to verify that each work shift has been properly prepared for and to insure the operational standards are followed before, during and after work shifts.

The Cafeteria layout, including the dining room, kitchen and serving line, has been designed for efficiency and flexibility to accommodate the fluctuation in customer traffic and peak meal periods, for it is Car-themed Restaurant.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted immediately by either the assistant manager or a Guard. Drink orders will be taken and guests can munch on our complimentary rolls. Once the customer’s order is taken, the order will automatically prepared located on the cashier. The order meals will prepare and place at the cashier until the order is complete. The beverages preparation line has been designed to be operated by a minimum 1 line barista and a maximum of 5 baristas. This design allows line staffing to be adjusted to the business volume. Shift changes for all staff will involve cleanup, restocking and preparation. All monies will be settled at the end of each shift. The closing shift will involve designated closing duties that will leave the cafeteria clean and fully prepared for the next day.

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS CONCEPT

Eating in a car is not everyone’s idea of an enjoyable meal, and coffee shop at the same time, but at the “NITRO’S BISTRO” , in EC Business Center on C.M.Recto St., it’s a must. This automotive-themed venue features all kinds of auto accessories and even full cars as dining tables.

Established in 2016 , by two classic car enthusiasts NITRO’S BISTRO is an innovative restaurant that serves all kinds of popular Western dishes, as well as fusion cuisine that caters to the tastes of Filipino people. Although the food is to die for, it’s not the main reason people choose to eat at NITRO’S BISTRO. Most of them just come here to be transported back to the “swinging sixties” by the unique decorations and accessories of the restaurant. Parked inside the restaurant are iconic automobiles like the Mini Austin, Volkswagen Beetle, 1963 Cadillac Series 6200 Coupe or a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air.

The location of the business will be on C.M. Recto, Manila, were it is the centre of the business district in Manila, more popularly known as simply Recto Avenue, is the principal commercial thoroughfare in north central Manila, Philippines. It spans seven districts just north of the Pasig River in what is generally considered Manila's old downtown area.

Recto's western terminus is at an intersection with Marcos Road (Radial Road 10) inTondo close to the Manila North Harbor and San Nicolas district. It runs northeast before curving to the east at Juan Luna Street and Estero de Binondo. It then passes through the Divisoria shopping area of Manila south of the Tutuban railway stationuntil it curves southeast past the Antonio Rivera Street junction. The primary reason in choosing the kind of business name is to offer a different kind of café and dine-in service that adds value in preserving the car-themed business. The business name of Nitro Webster ‘It is also employed, very commonly but in regard to technical use incorrectly, as a part of the name of a compound which does not contain the radical nitryl (NO2) with its nitrogen directly united to carbon. Thus nitroglycerin and nitrocellulose (guncotton) are not nitro-compounds in the technical sense of the term, but nitrates”

But on the contrary, Nitro does mean “night” which do takes place with dark or dim light. But on the occasion on the business it does involved with the bright light ambiance on the business center at C.M. Recto, Manila.
