They are currently all about volunteering and giving back especially to the environment. They seek out young people who are making a difference in their community. They are an equal opportunity employers and higher their employees from all over the world to work in their parks. They are more favorable to things of this world than they are to Christians but they are not prejudiced against Christianity. “It is the policy of The Walt Disney Company to provide equal opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital status, covered veteran status, mental or physical disability, pregnancy, or any other basis prohibited by state or federal law.”

Disney is successful because they know the correct why to build a company. They do not spend more money than they know that they can afford. They are concerned with domestic and global businesses. They want their accountants to know: Cash-flow management, Operational & Cost Accounting, Capital Markets, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Interest Rates, Pension Assets, Foreign Currency Management, Accounting System Integrity, and Accounting & Reporting Standards.
