The government should use some of the people’s taxes to help the poor. This will eliminate the money problem and there won’t be some many people on the street. Eventually, we will have a more humane community.
Also, the rich and fortunate individuals can give things that they don’t use or need anymore. Toys and gift can be donated to children with no homes. Even a money offering will help to make the lives of these individuals easier. Being homeless impairs many individuals for gaining medical
Low fund will lead to them becoming sick from either not eating properly or not being able to afford medication. Some homeless people live life on the edge every day, meaning they face the risk of getting diseases or infected by germs because they live a filthy lifestyle. Society is the problem, People would give someone money to get drugs and kill themselves off, but the wont help people in need of food and shelter.
This problem is seen all around America and it’s a sad fact. Not only America but even in foreign countries people are given money to buy drugs as oppose to if they want to get help for themselves.
People turn a blind eye on our homeless veterans and it a big problem. These men when and sacrificed their lives and quality family time to keep this nation free and protected. They deserve better treatment when they arrived back home from war.
The veterans that get injured in war needs all the attention that they can get. Some of them suffer from mental health, because of all the killing that they had witness or even a near death experience. Some of them lost limbs and must get metal plates in their heads after being shell shocked.
Also, some of their families don’t be anywhere to be found when they get back from war. So, emotional abandonment sets in and this drive some individuals to suicide. It is terrible for people to be left alone in the streets with no families, no friends and no support. It is easy to just give up; therefore, I respect these individuals that fought for our country and didn’t give up when no one fought for them, that courage.
