Potential Gains

It could be very beneficial for the company to consider holding an auction for employees. Waste costs could be avoided, and the equipment could be repurposed for alternative uses. In fact, the company may even be able to secure additional funds from the auction.

Conclusion

The PMBOK Guide defines developing a project management plan as “The process of defining, preparing, and coordinating all subsidiary plans and integrating them into a comprehensive project management plan. The project’s integrated baselines and subsidiary plans may be included within the project management plan” (Project Management Institute, 2008). Unequivocally, it’s a very important aspect to any successful project.

This project is very feasible, and certainly attainable. It’s beneficial to both the Boardman Management Group and the Baderman Island Resort. With the successful completion of this project, the resort should feel the effects of direct management. Once more, the management group will be placed in the most advantageous position to available to best direct resort operations. In the end, the economic, logistic, and holistic rewards of this project could be astronomical.
