COMPETITION ANALYSIS
PRIMAX's main competitors here in Ecuador are: Mobile, Terpel, Petroecuador, although they do not comply with the same guidelines for which PRIMAX operates, since there are many differences in its services.
For example: Mobile also has the food service and sells snacks, but their facilities are neglected and gives bad impression to the customer, and even in the area of restrooms, as these are dirty or sometimes closed.
In the case of Terpel certain gas stations do not have the shop in their facilities, only a few and those that have do not offer a great variety of products.
Finally, Petroecuador, none of its gas stations has the service of a shop, therefore does not represent great competitive value towards PRIMAX.
