Using a personal buying experience you have had with a given product or service, identify which stages in your buyer experience offered recognizable opportunities for innovative improvements.

My experience as a buyer of remote controls for television made me think about the possibility of creating a sound emission function to find the remote control when it disappear inside 'of my house' (this situation happens frequently and is not yet exist a remote control with the sound emission function).
