Employee and Labor/Management Relations
The relationship between managers and their employees must be handled effectively if both the employees and the organization are to succeed together, so the organization should approving the open doors policies and be close to their lower level labors and everybody should feel equal to support the belonging feeling among the team, also the employees must registered in GOCI as a citizen or LMRA as a foreigner, so employee rights must be addressed. It is important to develop, communicate, and update HR policies and rules so that managers and employees alike know what is expected, and this point is also improving the inner benefits and increase the organizational performance.
Organizational performance
An analysis of a company's performance as compared to goals and objectives. Within corporate organizations, there are three primary outcomes analyzed: financial performance, market performance and shareholder value performance (in some cases, production capacity performance may be analyzed).
The linkage between HRM activities and organizational performance is not bounding or essentially effecting on each other that much, HRM as we explain is only the basic and the foundation to start up the company , it also representing the foundation by evaluating the current situation and the shortages and showing when ,whom ,how and why to recruited employees and in which department is the weakness happening , so HRM is only the beginning that need to be right ,but how to lead these choices and how to motivate and to monitor their new recruiters ,is the leaders and managers that they need to exploit their potential and use it at the right time and place ,which HRM at that time would be away from the scene and only waiting their top management to feed them back about their right or wrong choices ,whither they are to be install on his position or not qualify or needed, or his skills is not matching with the location so we might to use it in another location ,and if there is no location HRM need to determinate his contract within the experimental period during the first three months.
So the organizational performance not depending on HRM totally but partially , because the to achieve the organizational performance need a well qualify leaders and managers ,and an administrative economic system ,highly educated experienced that can manage the whole organization that Assimilation every and each part of the company and showing a great abilities to fill the gaps within no time, also organizational performance is based on people and internal society that need an exceptional personality to deal and respecting their humanity and absorb all employees below him and showing a deep understanding to their psychological matters and their personal life and to be a positive part of the solution , this is the human and the sensitive part the company need to perform well and that could show a successful productivity, when you find the leader manager who know where to use each person and when, on his Interest circle.
