Dominic J. Caruso, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Johnson & Johnson-Joined JNJ in October 1999 as Chief Financial Officer for Centocor, Inc., upon the finishing of the merger of Centocor and Johnson and Johnson. Before joining Centocor, he worked for the firm KPMG with the audit and tax service. Dominic has driven Johnson and Johnson's development and against its rivals. Throughout Dominic's 10-year residency as CFO, Johnson and Johnson's share price has increased in value more than 90% (Johnson & Johnson, 2016).

Peter M. Fasolo, the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer- He had worked for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Co. (KKR) as Chief Talent Officer for the portfolio organizations claimed by the firm. He came back to Johnson and Johnson in September 2010 as Vice President, Global Human Resources. Mr. Fasolo has over 20 years of extensive involvement in therapeutic services, having put in 13 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb in official level, individual asset parts in the pharmaceutical, therapeutic gadgets and buyer fragments (Johnson & Johnson, 2016).

Dr. Paul Stoffels, Executive Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer Johnson & Johnson- Joined Johnson and Johnson in 2002 with the Virco and Tibotec, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Virco and as Chairman of Tibotec, and had significant development in new products for the treatment of HIV. He oversees JNJ Development Corporation and the company’s Innovation centers, as well as the product safety of JNJ’s global family companies (Johnson & Johnson, 2016).
