So the governments asked whether they should increase coin production or not to our department.
Then, I was selected as a leader of this project because I am popular from peers and I can make some kinds of economic models and, which predict toughly yet plausible future situation by using statistics.
As a result, I analyzed that currency circulation volumes are enough for overall demand of coin by using backward data, yet I was not so confident only with the quantitative result that I conducted survey about future coin demand to major financial institutions and our branches.
But not all financial institutions and branches were corporative because it requires additional work for them. In addition, those people are much senior to me and persuading them to corporate the survey was strenuous, yet as I discussed with them, I have gradually realized that intense passion and precise analysis can solve these problems, and I showed strong passion and precise analysis can solve these problems at the same time.
As I persuaded them, almost all members corporate my survey and I could accumulate valuable result, and the result was highly evaluated by a huge number of people, including those counterparts and government officers.
I felt real sense of satisfaction and now those counterparts and I build good relationship.
