From this planning framework, the ICT Unit is divided into these teams. A staff can be in at-least 2 teams. The teams now can make their own decisions with consultation from Manager ICT. There are also issues with this setup. There can be conflicts between the teams due to boundaries created. However on the positive note it would vastly assist in distributing the workload too.
To conclude, planning with assistance from a framework makes life easier for an ICT Department. It also organised the work, bringing lots and lots of productivity. The framework gives more opportunities to the staff to experience the role of managing the ICT Teams in Health. Thus if properly implemented, the eHealth will make life easier for living and health care services (Haux, 2009, p.1). There are other areas that can also be looked into such as Health Information Systems, Research and Analysis in the Health Department.
