Trait and Process Leadership
There are multiple traits to determine if the leader can be effective at getting the tasks completed. Success is obviously not determined by who the leader is, but the people that are there following the leader to get the job done. A leader must know what they are capable od doing and any improvements if are needed. In order to get those to follow you, those leaders need to be confident in getting the job done and see goals get accomplished. Besides inspiring themselves, there are others to inspire too so they need to know who those people are. Not everyone will follow you and not everyone will be motivated the same ways to do things. Not everyone is the same, the leader needs to know that especially that everyone has a different way of doing things. These people are different in which they have styles different and communicate differently from other. We are in a world of having different technology, need take advantage of that. Most people learn best through speeches or the personality of the leader. Using that judgement in any situation is a key. The leaders need to be quick and be able to find the best outcome.
Charisma
The charismatic leader is whom has a personality that is proactive and gets those that are around them involved them in anything. The process traits are different from the managers that draw that in. The personality traits set the managers and leaders apart from each other. Having different personality traits but they work together to get a task done, and help others due to lacking in some areas. You need people in areas of the company because everyone is different and reacts differently from the managers.
