What You Should Talk About?
Managing must be included with communicating. You need to have a conversation with your employee every time so that they can realises their weakness and improve their skills at work. As a manager, you need to use a maintaining and ongoing dialogue with every employee. When in discussion, use your knowledge when dealing with the employee. For each person and day, you have to decide on what to be focused on and what you need to say. The more regular you do it, the more stronger you influence on what to be done and what cannot, what resources are necessary, what problems may occur and what expectations are reasonable. Know your employee work whether they do their work fast or not, absent or not and so on. And give advice to your employee if they have some lack in their work so they can realise and do their work better. Though you are an employee, you must know about your employees and ask about their advice. Answer every questions they ask and maybe some advice or moral support sometimes. Give them advice but also care about them.
Get In The Habit Of Managing Every Day
This last content said about the business in managing. So , to be good in managing make sure you manage your time properly. Dedicate the time to manage every day at the beginning of the day. Use your new habit in your orders. Even though you are not use to it, just do it until you are already use to it. Yes, of course you have a weak point in managing that can ruin your work. Maybe your employees will notice. Of course this weakness can ruin your work. But, by this, it proves that you are only a humans. It is natural. So, do not give up and stay strong. Learn from your mistakes and rise back from the fall. Manage your employee from scratch back and learn from the past mistakes. As this, your experienced will prevent you from doing the same mistakes again. It is okay to acknowledge your failure in your discussions with your employees. When you fall, learn from your mistakes , do not give up and do better.
In conclusion, this article is really suitable to anyone who want to improve their management skills. Because this article talk about how to take care of yourself first then focus on your employee. It also explain to you the guides which is easy to understand and is effective. Try to practice the guides and do it regularly. Be confident, and do not give up. Do the guides regularly until you are used to it so you can became successful and has better skills to manage the employee.
