For example, "Blade Runner" in general occurs in the future, the police hunts robots and around the flying cars but nevertheless we have a real neo-noir. It seems that the search for identity has become the central theme of neo noirs. The character of "Blade Runner” despite the difference in the time of action and external entourage is concerned with very different problems than the heroes of the classic noir. The obsession with his own identity was laid by “Blade Runner" becoming moreover a reference example of the future neo-noir. Of course, the exclusivity of "Blade Runner" also defined the conceptual design of the film which combined noir look with a futuristic decor.
