o We propose the Dell E Series E2011H 20 inch Wide Monitor. This is Dell’s economical version of monitor. It will provide excellent resolution for crisp and clear display capabilities for all departments within the firm.

• Productivity Software.

o We propose Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Addition with Acrobat X. This version of Microsoft Office will allow all departments to efficiently produce documents, presentations, and databases meeting all the firm’s needs.

Defense

We believe this PC, the Dell Optiplex 790 Mini Tower will provide the firm with a fully functional and reliable company PC for a minimum of 3 years before replacement computers are required. They provide fast and efficient productivity for all departments within the firm, and will continue to provide this efficiency as the firm grows. This PC has the capability of being upgraded without replacing the entire machine enabling it to grow with the firm.

Conclusion

The Dell Opti9plex 790 Mini Tower is an advanced computer. It provides the speed, storage and graphics capabilities that will support all functions of the firm today, and through at least the next three years.
