1)Malaysia is located in the southeast of the Asian continent and there are over 28 million inhabitants in this country. Malaysia consists out two parts: Peninsular Malaysia, located between Thailand in the north and Singapore in the south, and the two provinces Sabah and Sarawak, located on Borneo,which is the largest island of the Malay Archipelago and 3rd in the world.

MALAYSIA HISTORY
In 1405 the chinese arrived in melaka,it begans to prosper and it’s wealth soon attracked the Europeans.
The first were the portuguase in 1511,followed by the dutch in 1641 and the british in 1795.
By the start of the 2nd world war the Japanese wanted to occupy Malaya and this occupation ended with the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.
British forces then landed in Malaya and re-estabilished their authority.
In 1957 Malaya granted independence from british colonial rule and it becomes a centralised federation with a constitutional monarchy.

Kuala Lumpur, also known as KL is the capital of Malaysia. Over the years it grew into an important Asian city and now is considered the center of Malaysia. People from all areas come to Kuala Lumpur to find jobs or do business.
THE PETRONAS TOWERS
The Petronas Towers are some of the highest buildings in the world. They are 452 meters tall.
The two towers are connected by a sky bridge. When you want to visit the towers, then the sky bridge is the highest point you can get.
CHINA TOWN
Petaling Street is the center of Kuala Lumpur's original Chinatown. It's the place that never sleeps. Adventurous visitors should not miss a walk on Petaling Street. It is a great place for locals to get some goods at bargain prices. If you're looking for cheap things including clothes, souvenirs, electronic items and more, Petaling Street is the place for you.
MARDEKA SQUARE
Merdeka Square is the popular venue for various other events - open air concerts, carnivals, starting/finishing point for marathons etc.
The most beautiful building at the Merdeka Square is, without any doubt, the Abdul Samad Building which was designed by a British architect.
