There is a great deal of literature that provides substantial evidence that strong relationships between teachers and students are essential components to the healthy academic development of all students in schools (Birch et. al,1998). There is credible evidence that the nature and quality of teacher’s interactions with children has a significant effect on their learning (Brophy-Herb et al, 2012) stated that teachers need to be actively engaged in interactions with children for learning to occur. In March 2011, the Scottish Government curriculum agency learning and teaching Scotland commissioned a review of evidence identifying the most effective learning environments and conditions which promote creative skills development in children and young people. According to Ajewole and Okebukola (2000), lack of available resource materials, poor school climate, indiscipline inadequate facilities, and teacher’s ineffectiveness are the reasons of the students’ poor academic achievement in school that if you will sum up the factors that contribute to unconducive learning environment.

Settings
The Study will be conducted in St. John Paul II College of Davao. The expected respondents are the Senior High School students who took up ABM, STEM, GAS, and Tech-Voc Strand. The researchers assumed that this research study is applicable to the students since there are greater number of students who came from public schools compared to the number of students who came from private schools. The researcher arrive into a decision since most of the students are experiencing the said issue, then it is not a problem to conduct an interview.

The respondents are composed of 3-5 students who will answer the question in related with the topic. The researchers decided to use Purposive Sampling method in choosing the respondents of the study.
Research Design
The research study will be using descriptive research design and it is use to describe the data that is being gathered from the respondents. The first step that should be done in descriptive research is observation, wherein it is the method of viewing and observing the issue. The second step is defining the study and go deep through the issue. The next is the conducting of interview to know the experiences of the respondents with regards with the said issue. Lastly, gathering and interpreting the data from the interview to have a specific conclusion about the topic or issue.
Interview Instrument and Protocol
The researcher prepared questions that will be asked during the Focused Group Discussion (FGD) and it is a good way to gather people with similar backgrounds or experiences to discuss a specific topic of interest. The researchers will ask questions in related with the topic of the research and it should be understandable and more detailed for the respondents to digest the questions easily in their minds.
