After this stage is completed the stem cells are put into the area of the patients body where it is needed and hopefully the patient will make a full recovery.

Stem cell research is very beneficial for the continuation of the medical field, however taking away innocent life just to save another is wrong. No person has the right to take away somebody else’s life even if it means potentially saving someone else’s life. Stem cell research is being applied in biomedical research and is also being used to help better understand and fight against cancer and various diseases. The doctors who use stem cell research help their patients recover from the disease that they have which is being treated with stem cells. When a patient receives stem cells those cells help fight against the certain cancer or disease that the patient has.

Stem cell research does have many advantages, however there is also a lot of controversy surrounding it. Understanding both sides of the story is important to know in order to make in informed decision on where you stand on this issue. If stem cell research were to continue then many lives would be saved and families would be brought together, but whether or not that is worth the cost of taking an innocent life is up for debate.
