Conclusion

The research shall be carried out by use of a qualitative case study for the faculty perceptions of the members of the colleges of arts and education. The study will entail recording the perceptions of administrators and other stakeholders regarding how they perceive accreditation policies, guidelines, and standards of services. Use of questionnaires and interviews shall be used as the main methods of data collection. Observation of various aspects and case study reviews will also assist in establishing the required information. The information will then be analyzed and used in studying the organizational changes in these institutions.
