In terms of the OS of the computer shop they should upgrade it to Windows 7 or 8 that they will never get left behind from the other computer shops and also to have an advance system for their computers especially they earned a large amount of money. In terms of their surfing pc’s, it is okay not to have a high processor but we think they should have a large hard drive, 500gb is okay so that it can manage music’s, movies, important files and many things that theirs customer wanted to download or save. Another thing is the monitor they should have 17 to 18 inches so that the customer will make feel comfortable especially when he wanted to watch movies. [pic 15]

Next is the sound card according to our canvass the best sound card is ASUS Xonar Essence STX Stereo with the range of 3,500 to 4,500. It is quite expensive but according to the feedbacks we got for the other customers who bought this kind of sound card it is great and nice.

In terms of gaming pc’s we think the best processors for their computers should be Intel core i5-6600k (3.5 GHz). It is quite expensive with a range of 11,000 to 12,000 but we assure you that its performance is good and will make you feel that the cost you paid for is worth it. We know that it is quite expensive but if you wanted your customer to be fully satisfied with your shop you must be willing to go beyond the next level because by this customer will have reasons to come back.[pic 16]

Another thing we recommend is having a CCTV camera inside the shop. If they have enough money to buy at least one camera it is suggested that they must buy one like SNV-8081R, of Samsung Corp. and the specifications are: Max 5M (2592 x 1944) resolution, 0.1Lux @ F1.2 (Color), 0Lux (B/W:IR LED on), 30fps @ all resolutions, 3.6 - 9.4mm (2.6x) motorized varifocal lens, H.265, H.264, MJPEG support, Day and night (ICR), WDR (120dB), Simple Focus, P-Iris, Tampering an audio detection (for recording purposes), Hallway View (Rotate 90 - 270 degree), LDC, IP66, IK10, Bi-directional audio support. This type of camera or security camera is enough for this shop and the Key Features of this camera is highly appreciated and can support them. And also this camera has this quality of Day and Night Visual Recording Elements that can see people's faces clearly. Next is the Wiring of the shop. We think they must ask for help or if they can fix it alone, then go but if not, they must consult to an electrician or to an IT consultant to fix the wiring of the shop. It is important to have a proper wiring of the computer going to the server to have a good and balance connection to it and to avoid short circuit and other wiring problems. They can buy a Data Cabinet or Server Rack wherein they can store there their wirings, servers and other connections. It also has exhaust fans to help the materials well ventilated and has backdoors with lock. The good thing is that it only cost 999 pesos in OLX.

It was really a great experience seeing that a small business can have a unique service for their customers. We should not look at things from the outside because what truly matters is what’s on the inside.
