What is the abortion?

Voluntary or involuntary interruption of the pregnancy before the embryo or the fetus is in conditions to live out of the maternal belly.

There are seven circumstances in that it does not consider abortion as a crime:

* The pregnancy is a result of rape,

* Abortion is accidentally led

* In the opinion of the doctor pregnancy puts at risk the lives of the women,

* The fetus has genetic malformations

* To continue with the pregnancy would cause a serious damage to the health of the women

* The pregnancy is the product of a artificial insemination did not desired

* The woman has economic reasons to interrupt pregnancy and is the mother of three children.

Of these seven reasons only the first (for violation) is valid in the whole national territory.

When does the life come?

Some say that it is since the ovum is implanted to the womb, and others incline to that a being is that that is 12 weeks of gestation.

Currently all the developed countries of the world allowed abortion in certain circumstances, following the recommendation of the World Health Organization.
