We share three effective ways to prevent these diseases. Remember that health is the most important thing:

1. Maintain healthy sexual behavior

Avoid having sex until two or three years after your first menstruation.

Limit the number of sexual partners. The more couples, the more chance of acquiring an STD.

Before having sex, talk to your partner about your past. Do not be afraid to ask if you have had any major illness. If you feel sorry, maybe you are not ready to have sex with that person yet.
