When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one portion of the country express outrage and discontent with laws regulating arms control in the United States of America and a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that we should declare the causes why government should take our change option as an improvement plan because it is a serious problem that affect every person who lives in the American territory.
We hold that every human being has the right to life regardless rage, age or any determinant that could put in doubt the equality of man on earth that was dictated by God. The problem is based on the small number of requirements that are needed to obtain a weapon.
The main goal is to increase the minimum age of weapons sales from eighteen years old to twenty-one years old to ensure that adolescents who suffer temporary hormonal problems do not have access to buy a weapon legally another important point to express is the need to perform physical and psychological exams before to sell a weapon that could end the life of an innocent human being. With the help of the minimum age increase and the tests that could be done to avoid selling weapons to unbalanced people, there is the possibility of reducing the large number of shootings that take place in schools every week which are usually caused by people under 21 years of age who present mental imbalances from slight to high and they can get easily armed in a legal way because we have wrong policies that allow anyone over 18 commit misfortunes without reason.
The history of mankind is a history of repeated injuries on the part of American government toward society. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world:
*They have always received compensation from the National Rifle Association.
*Dialogues are always opened to deal with the problem and never reach an agreement.
*They allow anyone over the age of 18 to acquire a weapon by signing a paper, while buying a car, house or even a plane ticket requires a lot of paperwork.
*They allow the weapons in all the American territory but they fight against other countries to end firearms.
*They believe in the reflection of “more guns, less crimes”.
*They want to attack weapons, arming all the citizen.
*They prefer to deal with other issues before finishing the weapons problem.
