are from my parents or teacher, rather than lying and face consequences from God.

Humility

Is know that you are not better than anyone neither is anyone better than you, all creations are equal.

Touching Spirit Bear. This book is about a teen named Cole, whose life is all about anger, rage and hate. Cole has been stealing and fighting all his life. Until one day he smashed a boy’s head against the sidewalk. In order to heal Cole the community decided that he is to join the circle of justice. Cole plays along and says he repents although, in his heart he blames his actions on his abusive father and his alcoholic mom. Cole was banished to stay at an Alaskan island for a year. While he was there, he gets mauled by a white bear, as he awaits his death Cole’s thoughts go from anger to humility.

This relates to the Grandfather teaching for, Cole has finally realized that he is not better than his mother nor father for him to blame everything on them. This time his heart repents his mistake, where he makes apologies to the boy who he hurt, his mother, and his father.

Truth

Is to apply the teachings and understand them. To trust the creator as well as to be truthful to yourself, and all creations.

Prophet Noah as many of us now his story, is the best example that represents all of these teachings. Prophet Noah was told by God to do a unique mission which involved all of these teachings in every part he was set to do.

He used wisdom to gather the people of God and all creations to spread the message of the upcoming flood. He showed love and respect by welcoming all the people of God to join him on the day of the flood. As non-believers laughed he begged that they believe in the only God so they can be saved he showed humility by doing this since, he asked for them to join him, revealing there is no difference between himself and them. He showed honesty by doing what God asked him to do. Bravery was the biggest teaching he acted upon the most. The fact that he accepted this mission and went through everything just to get it done takes a lot of courage.
