“Nakikita ko ang paglago ng Tribe of Judah sa pamamagitan ng utterance and diligence wherein marami ang nagcocommitt na mainvolve sa visitations, sa JAIL ministry, at sa VOICE. Na-observe ko din na marami na nag se-set aside ng budget for freewill and mercy offering during the midweek services, these people are the ones who are sold out already in their tithes and Firstfruits, makikita mo and pag lago sa pag bibigay ”.

-Benjamin Reyes.

A full time worker of the church, Preacher Benji gets to spend more time with his tribe members to be an encouragement to them, share his insights and observations, and in this way he gets to inspire by leading them to serve more in the work of the Lord. His continuous reminder to his Tribe members is that it is not Him who drives the tribe, it is rather the Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church and its doctrines with Jesus Christ as the head of the Church.

TRIBE OF LEVI

“Pag pinagusapan ang ministry hindi ako nag dadalawang isip na i-grab ang mga opportunity, pag may talent akong nadiscover gagamitin ko agad sa ministry, when it comes to ministries practices or meeting, I must be there”

Kevin as one of the most active CYA leader who upholds his testimony through diligence and grabs every opportunity to serve whenever possible. His consistency to be always involved increases his faith. To be an encouragement to other CYA he leads by setting a good example, at the end of the day he will say, “It’s only by God’s grace.”

“Tuwing preaching nabubuksan ang isip ko. Natutunan kong magpray kapag kakain kapag matutulog kasi hindi ko naman ginagawa yun dati.”

-Louie Reyes

Ate Louie as most of us address her is one of our new members. Her genuine and down-to-earth testimony attest of the hunger and desire to the sincere milk of the Word. A mother who saw the change not only in her life but to her entire family, growing steadily and surely by being present in all services and by being of help whenever a hand is needed.

“Habang nakikinig ka ng Word of God dun mo nalalaman na marami ka palang gawain bilang isang Baptist.”

-Annie Deleon

Nanay Annie is a perfect example of an aged woman who is fully-given to God and His Work. Her testimony is that learning never ends as long as the Lord is blessing you with another day. So much more, working in the ministry is a life-long commitment, not a 60-year old woman can really apply for retirement.

-Robert De Dios

Bro. Robert De Dios as Levi’s Tribe Leader had many other things to share regarding the growth of the whole Tribe. Challenges which is always a part of every dedicated team is overcome when everyone move in love for God and the ministry. The key is obedience to the Word of God and support to the man of God. Continually, Tribe of Levi grows together as they do things for the Lord together.

TRIBE OF BENJAMIN

“In DILIGENCE lumago ako, sa mga ministries ko, hindi nabawasan pero nadagdagan pa. Ganun din sa GIVING, lumago ako sa pagbibigay ko, hindi lang sa tithes pero pati din sa mga offerings.

-Cecil Torralba

Ate Cecille, our local chef here at Lighthouse BBC-Cainta is able to be an example to her children in her faithfulness to the ministry. Starting from being a faithful choir member, she is now in the Orchestra, LOCK, LKC, and LIVE-VOICE ministry, not-to-mention her GOOD FOOD Ministry.

“In KNOWLEDGE, thru preachings ni Pastor Bong… naappreciate ko ang pagiging Bible School teacher/professor ng ating Pastor… Mas lumalalim ang alam ko sa Bible, mas nagiging aware sa existence ng Panginoon… nagkaroon ng goal na ma-please at ma-prioritize ang Panginoon.”

Phebe Marie Escala

Helper of the Church, that is the origin of Phebe’s name, and indeed by God’s grace she is faithfully serving the Lord and growing in the ministry. Just as any ordinary student, Phebe had her ups and down in the school, but by God’s grace and through learning the things she has to prioritize, she is able to be an excellent example of a peculiar student.

“Nag grow ang Tribe of Benjamin sa attendance, from around 50% to about 75%, ganun din sa involvement sa ministries. All in all, nag grow ang Tribe in diligence and in faith, sa consistency sa pag-ganap ng mga ministries at sa obedience sa Panginoon at sa ating Pastor.”

-Reuel Morales

Together, this Church grows in these manifestations of grace. We may not actually quantify things accurately, yet as we continue to abide in the vine, indeed growth and fruitfulness is the better end we can achieve. This quarter indeed has been life-changing, empowering, and encouraging. As a church, we can only thank the Lord for it’s all by Him that we are able to say, “We Grow in Grace.”
