By defining the importance of the marketing research problem Burke try to believe that defining the marketing research problem is critical to do a successful project. Especially this company always try to find out the client or agent current symptoms and problems and they are always try to find out the causes of symptoms and try to underline it and fixed it. They always try to effort of examining the background of the problem. When they are doing to fix this problem new challenges and new dynamic direction comes. When Burke face any problem he always try to make sure a suitable approach to define the problem.

Answer:
In view of Burke marketing research process they always try to find out the marketing research problem, developing an approach, research design, data collection and analysis and report preparation. Under research design formulation there some sort of formulation that we always face.
