Compromise within the organization will create the intention for longevity as an organization. An example of compromise is the obligation to continue funding for the organization is to continually develop ideas for local fundraisers for additional funds outside of what stakeholders have already provided. It shows willingness to do our own of our part in raising money to enhance the program and all of its ever-changing interventions and events. Another compromise would be to alter the programs to make them cost appropriate and effective for the program to be successful. It is expected to see elements of creativity and staff members should be evaluated to reflect this creative element that will reflect amongst the program. Periodical follow-up evaluations will be administered to each staff member for as long as they remain employed, and ideas for program improvement will always be welcomed and, if relevant and/or feasible, be applied or amended to the program plan.

As we've learned and discussed what a stakeholder is within an organization, we've covered the different types of stakeholders an agency can have. Within the planned program for the PEACE agency, we discussed different elements of a stakeholder for that program. Human Services, there are multiple elements of detail that must be reviewed for different programs that shouldn't be overlooked. Also, The American Psychological Association has a funding program in which can assist the funding processes in the programs beginning. There are multiple expectations from different stakeholders that must be entertained by organization staff and or participants who are involved with the agencies programs. Compromising different elements of your program are important when having to abide by funding compliances to continue or be awarded a grant amount.
