Everyone have personal vision in their life. My personal vision in life is “Live a life that is remembered”. In order to have a good life we must work hard until we complete the objective. Hard work will lead to a successful life which means wealth because in the present time money is the prior thing to fulfill our desire. I will try to gain knowledge and skill myself to handle my responsibility and earn wealth as much as possible by establishing a strong multinational company.
According to me, Organizational vision and personal vision are correlated with each other. Organizational vision is the branch of personal vision because personal vision is a vision that we have in our whole lifetime. It is related to our wealth earning as well as to skill ourself to complete the responsibilities provided in the future. Establishing an organization is the personal vision but how to smoothen the work is the organizational vision. So, a strong personal vision always helps to have a good satisfied organizational vision.
The exercise 7.1 helped me to know my personal value. At first I had to answer number of questions then I had to place score accordingly after that plot them in the graph and my result came in the economic part.
My personal vision in life is to earn as much as wealth possible to fulfill any desire. I want to become economically strong. In the present time money has been the basic requirement of life to survive. We require money to do anything in life. It provides us satisfaction by fulfilling our desire.
Yes, the result of personal value aligns with my personal vision because this is the stage of life to gain knowledge and skill and experience to bring those things in practice to make myself economically good.
Therefore, this assignment helped me know my vision in life to success. It made me know my personal vision and organizational vision in the future. From the exercise 7.1, it made me clearer about my vision and personal value.
