To manage the culture in the organizational, OD techniques can help it. For mange the culture in the organizational, manager or leaders taking a huge responsibility on the manage culture. Most of the leader success mange culture learned from their past experiences mentor or peer and learned from their way to link together their improvement. So that it have not a clear ways or guideline to follow. Leadership can help the organization managing and developing culture with effectively. Leader need have depth knowledge of the culture in the organization in order to manage it. With the commitment of the leader in managing the culture, it can help the organization to develop and sustain performances. Management by objectives (MBO) is one of the techniques that management development in the organizational and it organize by Peter Drucker in 1954. MBO is a way to help organization achieving the objective and also is a technique to evaluate and review performance. By using this method it can help the organization to increase the exactness of planning process and minimize the distance between the people in the organization and organization objective. With using this method, the performance of the organization is to be reviewed and evaluation is connected with the goals. This can help the management and employees to make the correction according to the reviewed and make further improvement on it. By the review and evaluate performance can help the organization to keep manage their culture even can make the correction if find out any problem in the organization and keep improving the organization.

Furthermore, the OD techniques survey feedback may be able to use in manage culture in the organization. This survey feedback is a method of collect information in the organization. The information that be collected can be use to make decision. By using this survey feedback method the manager can interpret and analyze the data that collected from the whole organization. By the interpreted and analyzed data, they can figure out any problem, evaluating it and if they have figure out the problem in the organization they can quickly take the action to find the solution. Therefore, to manage the culture survey feedback is an effectively method. This is because manage can interpret and analyse the data collected from the whole member in the organization to survey whether their organization working in the right ways and the organization performance. Furthermore, if the manager figure out the culture in the organization have problem it could quickly take action to make the changes. As a conclusion, OD techniques have a wide range of use in managing and developing the organization. It could help the organization keep performing better and also help the organization to manage or change the culture with effectively.
