- Biblical integration to the Organization

The best way to apply setting of goals and objectives integrated in a Biblical manner, is to connect the church. What are the goals of the church? What are the objectives of the church? Are the goals of the church based on their Mission and Vision? And what are their objectives upon achieving those?

“Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it?” – Luke 14:28

An illustration is depicted in the Luke 14:28, where it is shown that it is wise to discuss and sit down about plans, goals, and objectives. Costing, activities, and everything connected to achieve these have to be thoroughly planned because as it says in 1 Corinthians 14:33:

“For God is not a God of disorder but of peace, as in all the meetings of God's holy people.”

Being disordered causes confusion, and having goals and objectives that aren’t clearly stated won’t produce fruitful results inside the church. No matter how big or small the analyzed goals and objectives of the church may be, it is important to be practical and at the same time, have faith in the Lord that these will be attained for His glory.

- Biblical integration to its Publics

“Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, but happy is he who keeps the law.” – Proverbs 29:18

Having a set of goals and objectives that are based on the Mission of the church is important for them to be able to evangelize the public, patterned to the Vision that they have in an organized and formal way.

- Biblical integration to the PR Practitioner

“Then the Lord said to me, “Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct message to others. This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed." – Habakkuk 2:2-3

Even God had messengers, and in the corporate world today, those are PR Practitioners. In the verses above in the book of Habakkuk, God said to write His answer on tablets so that a runner or messenger can carry the correct message to others, and in the latter verses He emphasized that the vision (answer) is for the future. Same with goals and objectives that PR Practitioners need to collect, we do this for future results, describing the end outcomes and effects.
