Internet.org was initiated to provide internet to the people who were not connected to it in 2013. He took this step for the developing countries to facilitate them with internet.

LEGAL CONTROVERSIES

Facebook not only being good but was also criticized by some people and Mark Zuckerberg had to face lawsuits.

Connect U:

Zuckerberg promised Harvard students that he would help them make social networking site which would be known as HarvardConnection.com. A lawsuit was filed against Mark in 2004 but it was resolved by 2007. In the end the case was settled with an agreement that Mark would transfer some of its shares and cash.

SAVERIN:

This lawsuit was filed by his partner Eduardo Saverin but it was settled with the contract and out of court.

(PAKISTAN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION):

This investigation was done in June 2010 by General Muhammad Azhar Siddique when Facebook posted a contest of “Draw Muhammad”. This contest was created by a German woman. After this post Facebook was blocked for a short time in Pakistan until they had removed the contest from it.

PAUL CEGLIA LAWSUIT:

The owner of a fuel company Paul Ceglia filed case against who demanded 84% ownership and claimed that Mark has also signed a contract with him in 2003. The case was dismissed as it was facetious.

LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:

Mark Zuckerberg, an effective leader; if something goes wrong he know how to deal with that situation. He manage it in a unique way. Titled as aggressive and supportive, ones that demand constant innovation and growth, also loving tasks and discussions. He makes many decisions without discussing with the boards. He also encourage its employees for their output and highlight the company blind spots so that they will be more successful.

He used to get suggestions from their subordinate for Facebook because he loved to engage everyone in the organization... The behavior of mark has something goes to discussion. He is not only known for encouraging people but also immediate available for any complaints. He believed to make a right relationship with everyone.

Apart from democratic leader when it comes to deal with people expertise which can work as a change agent for the company and includes the critical decision he also take part as the employees of the company.

Partnerships –people having great imaginations power make them your partner’s.

Facebook a better place to work in U.S better than apple or Google. .. Employees are given autonomy their space and the leaders in the motivated corporate culture favorable perks and salaries packages and a better connection with employee’s. People practically see zukerberg a more transparency culture .he is always accessible regardless of his busy routine.

HE HAS A VISION:

A vision of more connected world. He know and has a clear goal in life. He thinks for a longer period means in 2016 he has a vision of 2030. He never works for money he wanted to make the company Facebook as a logo and a mind remainder of more connected world. Marks put creativity in his work.

WORK OUTSIDE HIS COMFORT ZONE:

He never stuck on their comfort zone in spite he love to make challenges and make discussions and debates on them. He always chooses the task that is not of his routine work and also motivate his employees to think and act not only in the way they want.

EMPOWERING EMPLOYEES: Many things happens in the Facebook without the direct influence of marks Zuckerberg. He know how to take his people and when to empower people. This makes Facebook a networked place.

PHILANTHROPY

At initial stage of his success Mark Zuckerberg donated the unrevealed amount to Diaspora who was working on personal web server that helping to distributing social networking service. He names this project as a "cool idea. Mark Zuckerberg has donated of his millions of funds in several of philanthropic causes which distinguish himself from other. The most prominent example, in September 2010 there is some issue in Newark Public Schools so he donated hundred million dollars to save the failing Schools system which were situated in New Jersey. At this time Mark Zuckerberg face critics that the donation timing is so close to the release of “The Social networking” movie.
