- Proposed Budget – The budget is more so on the manpower side of having proper leadership carry out the following initiatives that deals with new people to the church and new believers to the church.

-Starting your Journey (New people who are “saved”) - This begins with proper introduction to the life of the church. It is essentially an “infomercial” to vision and direction for people to begin to own the local church.

-New Believer Process (New people in Faith) - This is the process for those that come to Christ. Theology and understanding in the basics of faith are critical for people to stick. This has to do with leading a new believer into a full devoted lifestyle serving Christ as their Lord.

-Small Group Systems – the goal of retention and the convergence of the first two culminates into a life into the community of the church. Relationships, as we see with Christ, is critical in retention. People come where there is excitement and STAY where there is love.

If there is not like-mindedness in vision, then the result of people staying is not healthy. The goal is not to “keep” everyone, but rather to “find” those that grab ahold of vision. Lastly, sometimes people don’t come to a church or stay at a church for reasons that are uncontrollable. For instance, in my ministry someone wouldn’t come to church (even though they liked the church) because they didn’t like someone at the church. The best implementation and strategy cannot solve this.
