th step- “Empowering Broad-Based Action”, through a mid-term time, it is necessary to remove all the possible barriers and promote a better interaction between supervisors and employees. It is important to maintain a good environment inside the workplace as well, for a better connection of ideas between all the workers.
th step- “Generating short-term wins”, making a step-by-step plan, with short-term objectives is the best to reach a great objective. Employees will follow this scheme and will give everything to come with the next challenge. Pressuring employees and giving them the adequate stress and incentives will make them work efficiently.
th step- “Don’t let up”, in an advance stage it is necessary to consolidate gains and produce more change. In this step, all The New England Arts Project’s workers should be putting all the effort possible, helping each other without letting anyone going down.
th step- “Make it stick”. This step is linked with the cultural perspective of change. Cultural change is always the last step since culture is the most difficult for a whole company to adapt and it comes in the end because it turns out to be a mixed of all the previous steps presented. It is important that all the workers embrace this new culture and routine for a successful change.
If this change is successful, it is the proof that the company is ready for other changes. Always letting this option available is the best approach in making employees more innovative, bringing up new ideas and providing a good environment and openness to change.
