not only movie but also teaches us how to achieve organizational goals and shows us how importance of a leader and leader’s performance lead to reach other’s goals. In addition, this Chicken run movie shows what is important in the leader role. Furthermore, chickens have their own different characteristics, different leadership styles and also varieties of leader traits. Movie also shows how strategic plans of chickens use all their powers very efficiently and effectively with corporations. They all have strong unity and effective communication process, but sometimes there are few disagreements among them, which distracts their productivity. In this movie, Ginger tries to escape from her terrible farm not only herself, with her fellow chickens. She tried to pursue his escaping plan motivating her followers and showed the potential about escaping what they thought impossible. Moreover, this movie proves that teamwork or unity is the most important for a leader.

Choose one character

I choose Ginger as she has an ability to lead freedom for her fellow chickens or her followers giving them best ideas or suggestions to run away from Mrs Tweedy’s Farm. She try to pursue her most wanted desire, freedom not only for herself but also for her followers showing them the potential what they don’t see. She fulfill her followers needs and show them the right way. She never disappoint her followers for being making mistakes. She is not selfish even though she can run away herself, she wanted to make each of her followers feel free. She always paints better future picture for her partners. All chickens in this Chicken Run Movie work as collectivism, not individually.

Provide a brief summary of that character

Ginger’s abilities are trying embracing of her failure, positive approach, organizing her resources to escape, decisiveness, high spirit, persuasion and SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timeframe). Among all the chickens, she is one of the outstanding leader in the Chicken run as she has a vision and mission. Ginger, the leader tries her very best to take success with her team. Not only that but also she not only thought for herself to escape from Mrs. Tweety’s Farm, she thought for all of her partners too. She has the “Charismatic Leadership” as she fully has self-confident in herself, strong desire to escape from the farm and has a better vision for her friends to live in a better and freedom place. Furthermore, she uses servant leadership styles as she serves her followers. She makes actions of decision that is ethical. Moreover, she always influences and motivates to her partners. For instance, she requests everyone to put an effort and listen to her instructions carefully so that they could get away from the farm and the benefit would be that they will no longer need to lay eggs anymore as they are going to get freedom. Her chicken friends followed what she instructed and take their own responsibilities. By the end of the day, they escaped with a plane. Ginger’s motivation on that worked and finally they reached their goals and success. This was because of Ginger who was really a good and trustworthy leader for her team. She put everyone’s effort to try to accomplish goals.
