Challenges for Recommended Job Position
Hiring a new qualified and competent person in the organization is really the most challenging job in an organization. Socializing the new personnel in the organizational culture is really competent. Making the new supervisor familiar with the accounting practices being followed in the organization is also a challenging part. Thus, providing account related training, leadership development training will be required to the new personnel which ultimately relates to the cost to be borne by the company. Maintaining the harmonious relationship by the supervisor with the Marketing Associates is the main challenging job for him. Making the selected employee motivating and dedicating towards the assigned works is also one of the challenging job for the organization. And, resulting more productivity by the new personnel in respect to the compensation made by the company is the point to be evaluated well.
The newly appointed supervisor should be known about the job description and the reporting line well due to which the Assistant Manager won’t need to more attention towards the day to day operational works performed by him. But Assistant Manager should indirectly evaluate the way the new man is performing. The supervisor can be made self dependent by providing him the necessary trainings and development programs and cost-control mechanism.
Summary and Conclusions
Today’s business era has become really very competitive and proper selection, recruitment, placement of capable employee where they fit best is the most challenging job of every organization. Thus, proper understanding the job requirement and bridging such gaps in the work place is the key to success. Here, appointment of new Supervisor in the department is expected to reduce such deviations happening in the company. The new appointment will help the upper level managers for focusing to long term visions and expanding business which will result higher productivity in the company and remarkable performance.
