Conclusion

In conclusion, external environment has both positive and negative impact on Virgin Australia, for instance, “open skies”, repealed “Carbon tax” and booming Asia economy could bring more opportunities to Virgin airline, issues related to terrorism, air crash and air pollution could be barriers of Virgin Australia. The possible suggestion for Virgin Australia could be use alternative fuel to reduce the emission of pollutant, develop more routes and increase the flight numbers to become more competitive, develop marker on Asia, provide training for pilots to ensure safety of flights, join allies group, such as Sky Team to attract more travelers.
