In a today social, ethical issues in business are considered to be against with economic benefits. Many successful businessmen claim that doing business is the field that totally different from moral issues, only relates to the economical market. They often excuse for the unethical behaviors in business that "Everyone does the same". Hence, this second part of the essay will mainly discuss the importance of ethical leaders in operating ethical organizations. To begin with, creating a strong ethical organization requires a set of ethical standards, which will shape organization's behaviors even in workplace or customers services. This is expected to send a strong ethical message to all the employees and customers about your business's mission, by that way directly impacts on every decision-makings. Next, make sure that all the code of conduct you have set would be applied strictly by your employees. By having a little reward for the exemplary person who compliance with all standards and punishing those with ethical violations, leaders can strengthen company's rules. No one is perfect and sometimes people need to find instructions and guidance for things they don't sure about. That's is something that an insight ethical leader would definitely do. When facing with trouble and difficulties, they will hire an expert on workplace ethics -- for example, a relationship therapist or a human resources consultant -- to help you find your ethical footing. For example, to solve a problem when there was a workplace feud, either firing troubling workers or ignoring the tension and let the situation worsen is not a wise choice. In that situation, it had better looked for help from other dependable guidance. Lastly, an ethical business organization needs to take care of the ethic committee. In a larger company, to cope with some challenging cases for which there is no available policy, a leader needs to think about steering committee. For instance, you might create a committee made up of leaders of each department, as well as employee representatives and ruling on difficult ethical issues.

Overall, the circumstances do affect the leadership approaches. However, a good leader can succeed even when everything is unsupported. As a result, becoming a good leader requires the non-stop efforts as well as continuous self-improvement of that person. When all other factors are the same, characteristics of leaders contribute mostly to the success of the organization.
