My development plan are as followed:
In short term: Task and Strategies direction

April to May
- Finish my Dessert Course in FTUSTSC
- Give consideration to both my part-time job and academic result
June to August
- Practicing the Constraints management training
- To register and studying a Baker course in Hong Kong Professional Bakery and Confectionery Vocational Training Centre
September to October
- To learn 5 main course in the restaurant where I go for part-time job
November to December
- To suggest 2 of appetizer for Christmas menu
In Long term (Target direction)

- Focus on the suggestion dishes to the menu

- Give consideration to both my part-time job and graduation result
2018-2020
- Apply a full time job and find a chance for promotion to the 3rd chef
2020-2025
- Promote to the 2nd chef and participate to the restaurant’s daily running
2025-2030
- Achieve my career goal- to become an executive chef
To conclude, my career goal is to become an executive chef in an Italian restaurant. In order to achieve this goal, I need to overcome a problem of lack of creativity. I would use three ways to enhance my creativity and I would like to achieve my career goal by 2030.
