Branding is the important factor in success of nickelodeon so swan organized a party at “jornadas” the largest cable TV trade show in Latin America. Therefore, her major effort was on to major project to “make a splash”. She took a risk on spending money on party and workshop.

For promoting and advertising about the nickelodeon brand and culture which eventually was a big success. Swan did a great job involving everyone from different department to contribute ideas on how to make a launch successful. Because of this party and workshop which cause the increased mutual trust , openness , freedom of speech to express themselves and friendship among the different groups between MTV and Nickelodeon.

Swan hired right people for the job after properly identifying them. If the candidate was suitable she was even ready to pay even more then what she was getting only because success of the channel was her priority. She keeps lot of faith and confidence in her team as she has hired the best talent from the industry and each and every individual was unique. Team members were unique, multitasker, confident highly motivated, dynamic, creative and problem solver. Swan wanted everyone from the Latin American team to be involved in all aspect of the business so they could become more well-rounded, help each other to build each other’s’ areas, and really understand the business better. She encouraged staff to question each other.
