Problem statement,
- Labor turnover
The only fact that could answer for the wellbeing and the future of an organization are the employees. With today’s baby boomer generation entering the labor market, almost all companies are finding it difficult to protract employees. Labor turnover is becoming a serious problem in all businesses. As the employ culture is changing it is now common to change jobs every few years rather than grow with one company throughout. Employee turnover of Walkers tours have been highlighted as well as we have come forward in our research. Seeking for fulltime employees who would work under pressure of meeting deadlines and work stress, within WTL it have become hard to sustain the well experienced employees within the organization.
Research questions,
- Current employee job satisfaction,
- Investigate the causes for high employee turnover in the organization,
- Examine the consequences of employee turnover of the organization,
Objectives of the study,
By pursuing the above objectives, primary objective of this research is to reduce the employee turnover and maximize the retention by selecting the strong / appropriate employees for the right job role within the organization.
Secondary objective of our research would be to enhance the current employee motivation of the organization.
Method of study,
Population
Population of this research would be the current employees of the organization / employees who have left the organization and employees who have given resignation for the moment within the last 6 months of period.
Sample
Using simple random sampling method, 20 current employees / 10 employees who have given their resignation and 20 employees who have already left the organization will be selected.
