Executive Summary
The purpose of this report is to develop a creative and innovative enterprise. Consisting of four parts, the first part, by using innovative strategies to develop creative and innovative products. The first is search, which involves analyzing the organization's external environment, brainstorming ideas, and ideas for innovative products or services using PESTEL analysis. With creative processes, creative thinking skills, the company used these methods to select five questions and the idea of a potential solution. The second is the select, it uses “survival of the fittest”, “six hat thinking” and 4Ps to compare 3 creative ideas, and finally selects a final idea. The third is implementation, where the organization's knowledge and resources, timelines, budgets, and supply chains are discussed. The second part is the establishment of an innovation organization. The first is to develop and explain the company's name, logo, and meaning of the slogan. Second, divide the work of each team member. Third, using the strategic management process to construct the company from five parts: analysis, guidance, formulation, implementation, and evaluation. The third part is the development and maintenance of innovative organizations. Discussed why organization should use five factors and how to implement them in the organization.
