About the people, the model will establish the measures upon which people shall be considered qualified to handle duties they are set to actually perform. This will include identification of all training needs for determining the people and teams to be selected to perform a given task coherently with organizational principles to achieve the communicated goals. Lastly, on the performance element, the model will be identifying the performance measures used and determine the key performance indicators and set up the model’s metric system. This will include all performance metrics and results to be used in supporting the process of decision taking.

Even though the initiative includes several related aspects like business ethics, issues of public health and occupational safety, environmental management and protection, and management of waste in the criterion set for the leadership, the quality plan emphasizes the impact of the processes on the society.
