Introduction

A bicycle is a mechanism that has transported man for many decades. Nowadays, bicycling is a great way to move from one place to another in short distances or even in long distances. Most of the people in Bangladesh are interested in bicycles now because it doesn’t produce harmful gases when in operation nor it makes any sound pollution. Moreover, people can easily avoid the traffic jam if they use bicycle as their transportation. On the other hand, people are riding bicycle because it’s a fun way to stay fit. Therefore to make the cycling more enjoyable and fun, we are bringing you the best bicycles in town and we are offering the reasonable cost for our customers. We are encouraging everyone to pay visit to our shop because we have great hospitality here. Our shop is fully air-conditioned. We have maintained the environmental standards too.

We named our business ‘’Bicycle World” as we are importing all type of bicycles long with its accessories that a cyclist need, for example helmet, paddle, high quality chains, frames etc. We import our products mainly from China and Taiwan. Our vision is to be the most customer-focused and successful bicycle company in the world and our mission is to provide unique products and services that deliver superior, measurable values to all stakeholders engaged with our business. The main objective of our business is to sell the best quality bicycles with a reasonable price.

Our warehouse is being located in Bangshal and we have 5 outlets which are located in Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Shantinagar and Uttara.

4. We believe that our partnership can last longer than twelve years.

6. In our agreement it is being approved that the profits as well as business loss will be shared equally with in the business partners.

7. In case of retirement that significant partner must inform his/her retirement before one year of his/her departure and he/she will have to wait for other partners to decide the suitable time to return the fund.

8. It is recommended for partners to spend at least 60 hours in a week. No overtime compensation will be provided.

9. The partner’s kin can be his successor in case of partner’s death; otherwise the capital will be provided to his/her family in a suitable date.

10. The partners are bound to keep secrecy of the business otherwise they will be interrogated.

11. Unable to continue the partnership will lead us to decide that every partner will pay all our accounts payable, notes payable and other liabilities. The remaining part of amount will be distributed in five equal parts.

12. Every partner in our business should follow all the legal ways to do the business and should be abide by the rules and regulations of the Government.

PERMISSION & LICENSING

We have collected our license from Dhaka City Corporation by paying 20,000.00 BDT.

For starting the business we have taken the license from Dhaka City Corporation by giving 15,000.00 BDT.

We are also done with all the necessary legal procedures for doing the business.

SOURCE OF CAPITAL

The total capital will be invested by the partners. We will not take any loans from the bank or from any types of financial institutions. Equal amount of total capital will be provided. Any sort of shortage of money will be fulfilled by all the partners equally.

There will be an emergency fund of 40, 00,000.00 BDT.

- We will offer our product at a reasonable price so the customers can get the best out of their budget.
